Goal

Contribute to the rebuilding and development of the nation to contribute to poverty reduction by improving the efficiency and quality of education in Cambodia, turning students into useful people and benefit society by providing knowledge in science, technology, economics, policy, culture, society, international relations and student skills.

• Strengthen the training of the next generation of human resources to have a high capacity for understanding, research, analysis, writing to contribute to the development of the nation.
• Encourage and support outstanding, poor students to be able to pursue higher education by providing scholarships for each course.
